Ordering our catering services is easy, just contact our office at 03 9543 8973 or 0409 998 708 to plan your events or use our enquiry form.
For all menus, excluding Thai Banquet, children
5 - 10 years of age are charged 75% of the full price. Children up to 5 years old are free of charge.
SERVICES
Delivery fee of $65 is applied to all orders within 20 kilometres from our local location. This fee also include one Carvery chef to provide you fresh and delcious food without any extra charge.
If you prefer to serve food yourself, you can just choose a drop off service. We will deliver fully prepared food to your door and you save 10% off the full price.
For waiting staff, the number of staff depends on the size of your events and type of meals. We provide professional waiting staff at the hourly rate of $35 per staff per hour (minimum 3 hours).
You will need to supply us with at least 2 large tables, hot water for the tea and coffee as well as power sources.
PAYMENT & BILLING
A deposit of 50% is payable in advance for any booking. The amount due can be paid on the completion of the function.
A booking will not be considered "confirmed" until a deposit has been received, and subsequently, may be subject to cancellation. We accept the payment in;

Bank Deposit (bank details will be provided)
Public Holidays
A 20% surcharge is applicable to the total account for all public holidays & New Years Eve.
GUARANTEES & CANCELLATIONS
Confirmation of the function is required at least 14 days prior to the event, depending on the size of your function.
Please remember that the more time you allow for planning menu and events, the better the final result will be. Our friendly staff look forward to discussing your needs in greater detail.
If you need to cancel your booking, please call our office at 03 9543 8973, 0409 998 708 or email us.
We require that all cancellations be made within reasonable time which is no later than 7 business days prior to the scheduled event. In case that you cancel the booking less than 7 business days before the function, we regret that the deposit will be non refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
